LUBELU FLOORING (PTY) LTD was officially registered late in 2017, after spotting a gap in the flooring industry. Previously flooring works were done under LUBELU INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD with other construction related works. After receiving interest and recommendations from clients about our flooring works , the founder of LUBELU INVESTMENTS decided to register a separate entity that will concentrate on flooring industry as it core business. .

As a member of the South African Wood, Laminate and Flooring Association (SAWLFA) we deliver Carpets, Vinyl and Laminate flooring that captures beauty, healthy living and elegance.We have a driven and passionate team that are committed in assisting you with all your flooring needs. Our team have over 30 years flooring experience between them which covers Sales, administration, finance and installations. We are officially opening our 1st 100 % black owned retail shop in Durban on the 15th September 2022 with a plan for expansion in the next few years.

Mr Vezi is a Founder and Group CEO of Lubelu Group a holding company with subsidiaries trading in different sectors ( Lubelu Investments, Lubelu Logistics, Lubelu Flooring and Indoni Engineering ). He spent 10 years working in the Banking Industry (Standard Bank and FNB) as a service consultant and a year at Unilever as a Machine operator. He holds a Certificate in Real Estate an Advanced Management Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Management College of South Africa(Mancosa) currently studying towards his MBA through MANCOSA.
Mr Siyanda Dlamini has worked in the flooring industry for over 10 years as an installer, sales and in project management capacities for one of the country’s top flooring and carpeting company. He holds certificates in sales, marketing and installation from leading flooring distributors and manufacturing companies in the flooring industries backed by SAWLFA. He is doing external sales, marketing and floor measurements giving expert advice to clients ( individuals and business alike)
Mr Brian has worked in the flooring industry for over 15 years as an installer, and lead installer working his way to manager installations for two of the country’s top flooring and carpeting companies. He holds certificates in installations ( accredited installer) from leading flooring distributors and manufacturing companies in the flooring industries backed by SAWLFA. He leads a team of dynamic installers and oversee all installation projects by making sure of quality and great workmanship, he does pre-inspection before handing over the project to the client.
Mrs Londi as she is affectionally known has 14 years in the flooring industry as internal sales representative and doing some administrative work. She has sharpened her sales experience from one of the top flooring and carpeting company in Durban. She holds sales certificates related to flooring industry from leading flooring distributors and manufacturing companies in the flooring industries backed by SAWLFA. She is based at our retail shop and oversee all instore sales and admin, making sure that our clients receive great experience and service .
